Our goal at Joseph Decuis is to offer everyone the opportunity to experience one of life's greatest pleasures, the sharing of great food and wine. We have carefully created a collection of wines that we believe will indulge everyone's personal tastes. Our collection includes more than 4,000 bottles and 500 different wines. Joseph Decuis offers the opportunity to taste several different wines by the glass. Called Wine Flights, each flight offers different pairings and the chance to simultaneously compare the unique characteristics of each distinctive wine. Four different wines are served in the flights with three ounces of each as well as descriptions of the wines for reference or notes. See our current selections under wineflights. This year Joseph Decuis achieved the second tier award from Wine Spectator. For five consecutive years our list received the Award of Excellence and in 2006 we have been honored with the highly coveted Best of Award of Excellence, the only restaurant in Northeast Indiana awarded this level.   Joseph Decuis has been recognized as "having one of the most outstanding wine lists in the world." We are continually updating and improving our selections to stay worthy of this honor.
