Our Signature American Kobe is exclusively available at The Emporium at Joseph Decuis, our new retail store, located at 191 North Main Street, just down from the Joseph Decuis restaurant.

The Emporium at Joseph Decuis allows patrons to take the Joseph Decuis experience home, offering many of the same fine foods, kitchen and table accessories, and special ingredients as used at the restaurant. Additionally, The Emporium features a corporate gifting program and wedding registry — our American Kobe, paired with our steak platters, knives and wine glasses, makes an excellent gift for someone special.

You've probably heard of the "$100 Kobe steak" — but not through Joseph Decuis. Because of our exclusive relationship with providers and the control we have over our farm operation, we are able to provide a limited supply of this delicacy at a significant savings over traditional retail sources.

*Our limited supply of American Kobe Halves, which will become available in early April (and for the balance of 2007) based upon harvest time. To purchase a half, it is recommended you lock in a future, and your processed beef will be delivered to you, in frozen form, upon harvest. Halves are available for $2,500 — a 25% savings over purchasing select cuts as outlined above, and a 50% savings over leading retailers.
