Raising Food and Expectations
We believe in the farm to fork experience so much, we established the Joseph Decuis Farm where we raise the legendary “Kobe style” Wagyu beef, free range hens, and herbs and vegetables for our Restaurant, Emporium (retail store) and Culinarium (our master kitchen).
Our farm is located 6 miles from the restaurant in a beautiful rural setting. We believe in and strictly adhere to all-natural, drug-free, humane, stress-free sustainable farming practices. Japanese Wagyu experts have called our farm “Heaven for Wagyu.” Because we grow this food ourselves, we have absolute control over ensuring superior quality.
The Joseph Decuis Farm is the venue for seasonal special events. Our Pavilion and Outdoor Kitchen provide the site for multicourse white tablecloth farm to fork dinners, and private parties.
